Revenue Cycle Manager

To drive sustainable growth and enhance patient care, the full-time Senior Revenue Cycle Strategy and Operations Manager will oversee strategic pricing, operational excellence, and data analytics while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of competitive pricing strategies and hybrid billing models to optimize revenue Collaborate with the tech team to refine the RCM tech stack, ensuring scalability and cost efficiency Establish quality metrics and oversight for core RCM processes, focusing on denial management and operational rigor Required qualifications 5-7 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience, preferably in a startup or digital health setting Proven ability to design pricing structures and collaborate on scalable operational tools Deep understanding of commercial and Medicaid insurance billing, including coding and denial resolution Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, with experience in BI tools like Metabase or Tableau Demonstrated experience managing high-impact projects and building cross-departmental consensus
