Revenue Cycle Manager

To oversee revenue cycle systems and lead configuration staff, the full-time Revenue Cycle Manager will serve as the organization's RCM subject matter expert, managing applications and workflows while working remotely across the U.S. Key responsibilities Lead the design, configuration, implementation, testing, and optimization of revenue cycle applications and workflows Serve as the primary RCM subject matter expert for payer configuration, fee schedules, billing rules, claims workflows, and revenue cycle reporting Translate complex business and billing requirements into detailed system specifications and configuration requirements Required qualifications Significant professional experience within Revenue Cycle Management and healthcare applications/systems Strong hands-on knowledge of RCM system configuration and optimization Demonstrated expertise with payer configuration, fee schedules, billing logic, and claims processing Experience translating complex business requirements into technical specifications and testing plans Previous experience leading projects or RCM configuration/application staff
