Supervising the Intake and Reimbursement Processes, the full-time Revenue Cycle Management Supervisor will manage staff productivity and ensure timely payment for services while working remotely. Key responsibilities Assist the Revenue Cycle Manager in monitoring adherence to policies and conducting audits Evaluate employee productivity and performance to meet financial goals Provide training and support to new and existing Revenue Cycle staff Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 1 year of related supervisory experience or 2-5 years of progressive revenue cycle management experience Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Excel and Word Basic skill level in Microsoft PowerPoint Previous Infusion Reimbursement or Intake/Admissions experience is preferred
