Revenue Cycle Management Lead

To oversee revenue cycle system configuration and optimization, the full-time Revenue Cycle Management Lead will manage payer setup, billing logic, and claims workflows in a 100% remote capacity, collaborating with various teams to ensure billing accuracy and revenue integrity. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and optimization of RCM system configuration, including payer setup and billing workflows Evaluate operational workflows and system configurations to identify gaps and recommend improvements Translate business and payer requirements into technical specifications and execute testing for system changes Required Qualifications High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management or related healthcare systems Strong understanding of payer requirements, billing logic, and revenue integrity Experience translating business requirements into system configuration and testing scenarios Proficiency with Excel and RCM-related data analysis
