Revenue Cycle Management Analyst

To enhance various RCM functions related to payment posting and reconciliation, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Management Analyst will manage accounts, analyze reports, and implement workflows while collaborating with internal departments and vendors. Key responsibilities Provides direction for payment posting, reconciliation, and billing services through collaboration with various stakeholders Analyzes Revenue Cycle reports and workflows, identifying trends and recommending optimizations Ensures timely and accurate posting and reconciliation of payments, collaborating with finance and client billing teams Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, finance, computer science, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience Minimum of 3 years of Revenue Cycle experience Strong knowledge of revenue cycle principles and patient accounting processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel Ability to work independently and effectively across departments to analyze data and build relationships
