Revenue Cycle Implementation Manager

To support healthcare clients with revenue cycle solutions, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Implementation Manager will oversee the end-to-end implementation process, manage project teams, and ensure compliance and documentation accuracy throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Lead project implementation strategy, defining scope, objectives, and success criteria while ensuring alignment with client expectations Own all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness, while developing and maintaining documentation standards Serve as the primary client contact, managing expectations, providing project updates, and leading stakeholder engagement sessions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred) 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing implementations Deep understanding of the full revenue cycle, including registration, charge capture, coding, billing, and denial management Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Visio)
