Revenue Cycle Implementation Manager

Leading the onboarding of new clients to revenue cycle management services, the full-time Revenue Cycle Implementation Manager will manage implementation projects, ensuring timely completion while collaborating with various stakeholders in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Drive onboarding and implementation projects to successful completion, maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams Guide and coordinate offshore agents to align with best practices while addressing the needs of U.S.-based clients Ensure uninterrupted billing, operations, and quality patient care throughout transitions by managing critical path elements for scheduled go-lives Required qualifications Experience in DME/HME, Infusion, or Home Health industries Knowledge of billing systems such as Brightree, CareTend, Niko, or TIMS Project management experience with a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Minimum of a 4-year Bachelor's degree preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Word
