Revenue Cycle Director: Cash Flow & Denial Strategy

Rehab Medical in Indianapolis is seeking a Revenue Cycle Director to lead insurance and patient collections, payer reimbursement performance, denial management, and overall accounts receivable.

The role reports to the VP and drives internal controls, compliance with Medicare/Medicaid, staff hiring/evaluation, performance reporting to executives, and process improvements to increase cash flow.
