Serving as the technical lead for a newly established analytics service line, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Analytics Manager will design and maintain complex SQL queries, develop performance reports, and conduct root-cause analyses to support revenue cycle operations across multiple business teams. Key responsibilities Design and maintain SQL queries and data models, ensuring data integrity and efficient pipeline design Build and manage Power BI dashboards and reports for internal and external stakeholders, standardizing KPI definitions across the organization Conduct root-cause assessments on operational performance issues, translating findings into actionable insights for decision-making Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management healthcare analytics Hands-on experience with Epic, particularly the Clarity data model and physician billing data Expert SQL skills in Snowflake or Microsoft SQL, including experience with data quality testing Proven ability to build and maintain Power BI dashboards end-to-end 2+ years of leadership experience, with a focus on growing into a people leadership role
