Revenue Assurance Manager

Leading revenue assurance operations and risk management, the full-time Manager - Revenue Assurance will oversee governance processes, monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement activities to ensure billing accuracy and protect revenue integrity while working remotely across multiple states. Key responsibilities Oversees governance and intake processes for product, pricing, promotional, and billing-related changes Manages revenue assurance reporting, performance metrics, trend analysis, and risk identification activities Leads revenue assurance activities for projects, including impact assessment and issue resolution Required qualifications Bachelor's degree (or higher) or 4+ years of professional work experience 6+ years' experience in billing systems, revenue assurance, or business operations 3+ years' leadership experience in project or people leadership Experience analyzing data and billing outcomes in a complex operational environment Proficiency in implementing governance, quality assurance, or process improvement standards
