Owning the full revenue cycle at a high-growth AI+SaaS company, the full-time Revenue Accountant will manage customer invoicing, revenue reporting, and accounts receivable while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own the end-to-end billing cycle for subscription and usage-based contracts, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing Maintain revenue and deferred revenue schedules under ASC 606, including month-end close journal entries and reconciliations Serve as the primary contact for accounts receivable, managing cash receipts, collections, and AR reporting Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in revenue accounting, billing, or order-to-cash roles Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Revenue accounting experience at a technology or SaaS company with recurring revenue streams Proficiency in NetSuite and familiarity with billing platforms such as Tabs, Zuora, or Stripe Billing Working knowledge of ASC 606 and ASC 340-40 for revenue recognition and commission capitalization
