The Role
- Be our master of accounts payable! Manage invoices, payments, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Generate and send invoices via QuickBooks Online.
- Handle electronic billing submissions through platforms like Ariba.
- Keep an eye on accounts receivable and chase any overdue payments.
- Resolve billing issues and discrepancies efficiently.
- Manage purchase order usage and internal billing requests.
- Support the finance and accounting team with monthly reconciliations.
You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a similar field (it’s a must!).
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Online proficiency.
- A knack for teamwork and working across departments.
- A problem-solving mindset and a “can-do” attitude.
