Qualifications & Experience
Experience in healthcare services (e.g., hospitals, surgery centers, physician practices), with strong knowledge of US GAAP and healthcare revenue/expense accounting.
Experience with Revenue Recognition and multi-facility accounting.
Experience managing or leading a team.
Skilled in preparing and validating journal entries and managing month-end/quarter-end close activities using the close calendar to sequence tasks.
Experienced in reviewing reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting outputs prepared by accounting teams, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
Comfortable working with regional CFOs and finance teams, providing reliable controllership support and ensuring smooth execution of accounting operations.
Summary of the Skillset
