Revenue Account Specialist

Managing the billing relationship for multiple non-standard clients, the full-time Revenue Account Specialist will oversee all billing aspects, resolve inquiries, and partner with internal and external stakeholders to enhance client satisfaction in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end billing relationship for clients, brokers, and third-party administrators Identify and implement process improvements to enhance client experience and reduce financial risk Conduct client walkthrough calls to explain billing processes and address non-standard issues Required Qualifications Prior experience as a Revenue Account Specialist with proven results Strong technical and analytical skills Ability to effectively problem-solve and resolve client issues Experience in managing multiple priorities and deadlines independently Advanced proficiency in software applications, including Word, Excel, and tracking systems
