Return To Vendor Manager

Managing the end-to-end Return To Vendor (RTV) process, the full-time remote Manager will oversee vendor negotiations, ensure efficient resolution of defective and excess merchandise, and collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to maximize recovery value. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the full RTV lifecycle, including claim initiation, resolution, and tracking Lead negotiations with vendor partners to secure credits and manage vendor relationships Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate return logistics and ensure accurate financial postings Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain with RTV exposure Proven negotiation skills with knowledge of vendor contracts and dispute resolution Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Google Sheets and ERP systems Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities Ability to influence internal and external partners effectively
