Return Agent

EDS Service Solutions is looking for friendly, smiling faces with good communication skills for mornings, evenings, and weekends to work as Instantly Return Agents.

Looking for a fun, friendly face to greet people returning their rental at our AUS Car Rental locations.

It's simple, if you like meeting new people, have good customer service skills, and enjoy working with a fun team.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Interacts with customers to review customer rental contracts, ensure vehicle keys match the rental contract, and show customers their rental vehicles.

• Upon vehicle return, conduct vehicle inspection for damage, fuel level, and lost and found items, as well as a review of the bill and obtain customer signature

• Reviews vehicles for damage upon return, filling out the required claims paperwork (accident/incident report) in a timely and accurate manner when necessary

• Answers customer questions while providing directions when requested

• Secure all vehicle keys

• May be required to assist customers with luggage into and out of the vehicle

• May be required to move vehicles

• May have to assist as a Gate Keeper for safe Rental Return

• Ability to pay attention to detail

• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills required

• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task

Location: AUS Airport

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Have a driver license

• Clean Driving Record in the past 3 years

Shifts Available-

1st and 2nd, 3 open 7 days a week so there is a schedule that fits everyone!

Pay Rate:

$16/Weekly Pay!
