MAC is seeking a skilled Retrofit Installer to support our HVAC wholesale operations. In this field-based role, you’ll install and upgrade HVAC systems and components, interpret technical drawings, and perform diagnostics on existing equipment. You’ll handle brazing, electrical hookups, and duct modifications while ensuring code compliance, safety, and performance.
Working closely with a collaborative, inclusive team, you’ll document work, communicate with clients and internal partners, and contribute to energy-efficient retrofit solutions with strong growth potential.
