Since its inception in 2003, The Olson Group has continued to provide outstanding customer service and retain 90% of its customers for more than 15 years.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Retirement Plan Manager to lead the delivery and execution of group retirement and individual wealth services. This role ensures a high-quality client experience while overseeing day-to-day plan operations, compliance, and service delivery. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of managing client relationships, driving operational consistency, and supporting business growth. They play a critical role in aligning client service, advisor support, and retirement plan execution.Work ArrangementThis is a full-time, remote position reporting to our office in Omaha, NE.Professional ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for group retirement and individual wealth planning clients, delivering responsive and high-quality serviceOversee daily operations for retirement plans including 401(k), 403(b), 401(a), 457(b), and 414(h), ensuring accuracy and timelinessCoordinate client meetings, reviews, and service activities while maintaining organized records and documentation within CRM systemsDeliver participant education sessions and respond to inquiries related to retirement planning, investments, and risk considerationsEnsure compliance with applicable regulations and coordinate with vendors, broker/dealers, and internal stakeholdersGenerate reports and track key metrics to monitor client activity, service levels, and operational performanceSupport advisors and internal teams to ensure alignment, execution, and consistent service deliveryIdentify opportunities to improve processes, enhance client experience, and expand retirement service offeringsQualifications and Requirements5+ years of experience in retirement plan management or retirement servicesActive Nebraska Life & Health Insurance LicenseSeries 6 or Series 7 and Series 63/65/66 licenses requiredStrong knowledge of retirement plans including 401(k), 403(b), 401(a), 457(b), and 414(h)Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office SuiteBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related fieldStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsProven ability to manage multiple priorities while building and maintaining strong client relationshipsAbout Patriot Growth Insurance ServicesFounded in 2019, Patriot is a growth-focused national insurance services firm that partners with employee benefits and property and casualty agencies across the United States.
