Proactively guiding new clients through the installation process, the full-time Retirement Plan Installation Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for retirement plan clients and advisors, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and maintaining communication throughout the setup process. Key responsibilities Manage the installation timeline and ensure systems are ready to receive assets on schedule Educate plan sponsors on operational processes and respond to their questions regarding plan setup Coordinate with TPAs and Recordkeepers for converting existing plans to the JULY Recordkeeping platform Required qualifications 3+ years of retirement plan experience, particularly in plan installation or conversions Working knowledge of plan setup and conversion from other recordkeeping or TPA platforms Ability to clearly explain complex compliance items Professional communication skills, both verbal and written Organizational skills to manage multiple projects with minimal oversight
