• Deliveremployeeeducationandenrollmentmeetings,bothin-personandvirtually
• Partnerwithinternalteamsandexternalserviceproviders(recordkeepers,TPAs,custodians)tosupportplanoperations
• Reviewclientinvoices,quarterlyinvestmentreports,andplan-relateddocumentation
• Supportclientretentionthroughproactivecommunicationandthoughtfulproblem-solving
• Assistwithplanconversions,terminations,andongoingserviceinitiatives
