Sonoco is seeking a Retirement Benefits Specialist to support employees with retirement plans, long-term benefits, and associated regulatory compliance. You will conduct one-on-one consultations, manage enrollments, and maintain data integrity across HRIS and benefits systems.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with payroll and finance, deliver retirement education, and ensure adherence to ERISA and IRS rules. This position is based at our Hartsville, SC headquarters and requires 3-4 days onsite.
