Supporting retirement operations, the full-time remote Retirement Analyst will assist caregivers, participants, and retirees with processing retirement-related transactions while ensuring compliance with regulations and providing expert guidance on pension and benefit plans. Key responsibilities Process and manage retirement transactions, ensuring compliance with ERISA, DOL, and IRS regulations Act as a subject matter expert on defined benefit and contribution plans, providing support to leadership and participants Coordinate with various departments and external partners to ensure accurate data transfer and reporting for retirement programs Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from an accredited institution Experience in Retirement Plans Administration or employee benefits Familiarity with regulations impacting retirement benefits plan administration Superior computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheets and word processing Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
