Requirements
- Valid California Medical License or eligibility
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Fellowship-trained in Vitreoretinal Surgery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of eye conditions and vision issues
- Ability to explain medical terms clearly and calmly
- Experience with EMR systems
Compensation
Base salary ranging from $350,000 to $400,000, plus production bonuses.
