Retention Marketing Lead — Beauty Brand

THG Beauty is seeking a Senior Manager, Retention to lead Biossance’s retention strategy across email, SMS and loyalty. You will drive customer lifetime value and repeat purchases by translating insights into campaigns, journeys and testing plans, while aligning with brand and commercial goals.

You’ll balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, owning end-to-end lifecycle programs and ensuring accurate, on-brand communications across all channels.
