Retention Copywriter & PM Lead — Klaviyo, DTC

Oktober, a fast-growing Shopify retention agency, is seeking a hands-on Remote Account Owner who can craft copy, manage projects, and drive retention strategies across 5-6 pod accounts. You will partner with the Senior Retention Manager to own day-to-day execution while growing into full strategic ownership.

You’ll lead client calls, review data, translate findings into concrete next steps, and own the retention roadmap for 1-2 accounts.
