Retail Team Leader - Assistant Manager in Training

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to support our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests.

You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, merchandise and daily store operations, while training Teammates and preparing to lead in the Manager’s absence. The role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager, with expanded leadership duties, coachability, and accountability.
