KARM Stores is seeking a full-time Retail Team Lead for our Illinois Ave location. This role supports our Christ-centered mission by leading daily store operations, guiding team members, and delivering excellent customer service. You will oversee merchandising, donation flow, and store standards while assisting with cash handling and opening/closing duties.
The Team Lead models compassion, integrity, and teamwork, helping meet sales goals that fund KARM’s ministry to those experiencing homelessness, and creating a supportive environment for staff, customers, and volunteers.
