Retail Support Director

Are you an experienced distribution or operations leader ready to take ownership of a large-scale retail support operation?

We’re looking for a Retail Support Manager to lead distribution and logistics activities for a major retail organization in the Fredericksburg area.

What You’ll Own

• Overall operational success of the Retail Support Center
• Warehousing, order fulfillment, inventory control and transportation
• Customer service and support for regional retailers
• Financial performance, budgeting and operational goals
• Leadership and development of managers and supervisors
• Safety, productivity and team performance
• Cross-functional collaboration with corporate and field teams
• Implementation and optimization of warehouse management systems
• Driving continuous improvement and operational excellence
