Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $45,000 – $70,000 per year (base + bonuses + commissions)

Perfumes 4U, a family-owned and operated luxury fragrance retailer established in 2001, is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Store Manager to join our team in Riverhead, NY .

We are looking for a motivated professional with a proven background in retail sales and management who can lead by example, drive performance, and deliver outstanding customer service. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all aspects of daily store operations, including sales, staff management, and visual merchandising
Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates
Maintain a customer-first environment focused on service excellence
Ensure accurate inventory management and prompt merchandise flow
Analyze daily reports and implement strategies to maximize performance
Foster a collaborative and professional work environment
Oversee scheduling and staffing based on business needs

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management
At least 4 years of experience in retail sales
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency with POS systems and retail operations
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Must have availability for morning, evening, and weekend shifts
Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Riverhead, NY
Competitive base salary ($45,000–$70,000/year)
