Retail Store Leadership Associate – Management Program

Harris Teeter in Matthews, North Carolina, seeks a Full Time Store Management Assistant under the Store Management Development Program. You will assist the Store Manager to maximize profit, supervise up to 250 associates, and help coordinate departments toward strong performance.

Qualifications include a high school diploma with management experience, or an internal/external candidate with prior store leadership. Training through the MDP program is provided.
