Retail Store Leader — People & Ops Manager

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily sales floor operations, drive performance, and manage inventory and payroll within budget. You will mentor team members, ensure outstanding donor and customer service, and coordinate with departments to support Goodwill's mission.

This role requires at least one year in retail management and strong Microsoft Office skills; a background check and drug screen are required.
