Retail Store Leader | P&L, People & Growth

SpartanNash in Holland, MI seeks a Store Manager to lead daily operations, ensure all departments are staffed, trained and aligned to company standards, and cultivate a positive, customer-focused store culture. You will own all financial aspects, manage budgets, drive sales and gross profit, and coordinate safety, human resources, merchandising and loss prevention programs.

Five years of retail grocery experience and two years in an assistant manager role are preferred.
