Retail Store Leader in Training

Dollar General is seeking a Store Manager Candidate to support the Store Manager in daily operations, staff supervision, inventory control, merchandising, and cashier accountability. This temporary role aims to develop external candidates for the Store Manager position and will run for a limited period.

The ideal candidate will assist in staffing, ensure in-stock targets are met, and uphold company procedures while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
