Retail Store Leader in Training

The Salvation Army is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Rockford, IL. In this leadership role, you will support the Store Manager with daily operations, supervise staff, manage production and sales, and help maintain a safe, welcoming store environment.

You will engage in customer development, banking procedures, and documentation while promoting The Salvation Army's mission. A 40-hour week with occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
