Retail Store Leader - Coaching, Ops & Growth

Comcast is seeking a Retail Sales Team Lead in California to drive excellent customer service, meet sales targets, and oversee store operations, merchandising, and inventory processes.

You will coach staff, optimize product demos, and coordinate staffing with the Store Manager while analyzing performance data and staying current on products. Prior Comcast experience is preferred and you should be available for nights and weekends as needed.
