Retail Store Leader: Coach Teams, Drive Sales

AT&T is looking for an Assistant Store Manager in Collinsville, IL to help lead daily store operations and drive sales performance. You will partner with the store manager, oversee merchandising, product launches, and customer experiences while coaching a team of retail sales consultants to reach service and sales goals.

In this role you’ll participate in promotional activities, undergo paid training for leadership, and contribute to an exceptional customer experience aligned with AT&T services
