Retail Store Leader — Assistant Manager

Goodwill South Florida's Lauderhill store is seeking an Assistant Manager to assume full responsibility when the Store Manager is off-duty, leading, coaching, and training employees while meeting sales goals and upholding store policies.

You will supervise up to 30 staff, schedule and evaluate performance, handle cash procedures, ensure proper opening and closing, and maintain a safe, clean, customer-friendly retail environment.
