KARM Stores is seeking a full-time Retail Shift Lead for our Marketplace Hwy location. In this role, you’ll oversee daily store operations during assigned shifts, providing hands-on leadership to team members in a Christ-centered, mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, supervising staff, opening and closing the store, operating the POS system, ensuring accurate cash handling, and maintaining merchandising and store appearance. You’ll help create a welcoming, safe shopping experience while supporting KARM’s ministry to individuals experiencing homelessness in East Tennessee.
