Carter’s is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to lead store operations and drive sales for our trusted children’s apparel brands. In this role, you will oversee daily floor execution, merchandising, and inventory to ensure a seamless shopping experience for young families. You will recruit, train, and coach a high-performing sales team, using KPIs to optimize conversion, average transaction value, and loyalty engagement.
Partner closely with corporate teams to execute promotions and visual standards, while modeling Carter’s family-focused, inclusive culture and ensuring compliance with all operational and loss-prevention policies.
