Retail Sales Lead - Omni-Channel & Team Coach

Chico's in Kittery, ME is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model our hospitality-forward approach, delivering memorable, personalized experiences that reflect the brand.

You will open/close the store, coach colleagues, manage cash handling, scheduling, inventory, replenishment, and use an omni-channel approach to share product knowledge and brand priorities with customers and teammates.
