Retail Sales Lead - Grow, Coach & Earn Commission

Journeys is a teen retail leader focusing on footwear and accessories. Journeys is seeking a Sales Lead to assist store management with basic store operations, develop associates, and achieve store and personal sales goals and standards of performance.

You will train and develop a successful sales team, provide coaching and accountability, and supervise daily store operations in the absence of management. Must be 18+, able to lift 50 lbs, and willing to work nights/weekends.
