Retail Sales Lead — Customer Experience Coach

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead for Store 2929-Cincinnati Premium Outlets-ANN-Monroe, OH 45050. You will be a key member who supports and models excellent customer experiences while guiding associates and stepping in as manager when needed.

You will collaborate with store leadership to deliver personalized customer experiences, develop a high-performing team, and uphold visual and operational standards focused on the customer. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
