Retail Sales Lead & Team Coach

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead at Store 1534-Creekside Station-ANN-Winchester, VA. You will support and role model excellent customer experiences while guiding associates and collaborating with the Store Manager. The role requires leadership in store operations, coaching, and ensuring brand standards are met.

Qualifications include 6+ months of retail sales experience (preferred) and management experience (preferred). Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential.
