Retail Sales Associate

HealingNLove is actively seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and results-driven Part-Time Sales Associate to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated sales professional who excels at connecting with customers, takes initiative, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service while consistently achieving sales goals.

The ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, proven retail sales experience, and a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying customer needs, recommending products, implementing effective sales strategies, increasing sales opportunities, maintaining attractive merchandise displays, and independently managing daily store operations.

We value individuals who are dependable, proactive, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a positive team environment. Candidates must demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, excellent time management, attention to detail, and a willingness to take initiative. An interest in crystals, gemstones, and wellness-related products is highly desirable.

Preferred qualifications include five years of retail sales experience, a bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field, and bilingual proficiency, particularly in English and Spanish. Candidates with demonstrated success in achieving sales goals, increasing revenue, and independently managing retail operations are strongly encouraged to apply. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.

All new employees will complete a 90-day introductory period. During this time, performance will be evaluated based on attendance, reliability, customer service, initiative, sales performance, ability to work independently, and overall suitability for the position.
