House of Sport, an experiential concept by DICK’S Sporting Goods, is seeking a Retail Rock Climbing Lead to oversee our in-store climbing wall and deliver unforgettable experiences. You’ll lead daily operations, ensure strict safety standards, and provide hands-on coaching for climbers of all ages and abilities. Partner with store leadership to drive traffic, events, and revenue through clinics, leagues, and community programs.
You’ll train and mentor teammates, manage equipment and inspections, and create an inclusive, energized environment where guests can learn, play, and connect through climbing.
