Retail Production Manager

Retail Production ManagerSullivan Tire, an employee-owned company, is currently seeking a Retail Production Manager. This position manages the production workflow of assigned store location to ensure optimal performance levels and profitability are achieved while delivering the highest quality of service and customer satisfaction. Works closely with management to increase profitability through improved efficiencies and productivity levels.

Adheres to internal controls, policies, and procedures.Major Responsibilities:Responsible for managing the production workflow of the assigned store location to ensure that profitability, productivity, and customer goals are achieved.Use informational tools and software systems to maintain an efficient workflow for automotive technicians.Assists in diagnosis and repairs of difficult vehicles and uses it to further train and develop staff.Assists Store Manager with recruiting, training, motivating, developing, and retaining qualified employees and have individuals working at high performing levels delivering quality service and customer satisfaction.Deliver quality work on time, every time to the customers to ensure long term growth in sales and profits. Respond to all questions, problems, and requests in an attentive, helpful and timely manner.Maintain a safe and clean store environment. Follow all operation procedures to protect our assets (i.e.

OSHA rules, hazardous waste, wearing safety glasses, and filing timely paperwork).Maintain all store equipment and vehicles and adhere to all safety rules and regulations at all times.Assume other responsibilities as needed.Requirements:Education/Experience:Minimum of high school diploma3-5 years of industry/retail experienceHas 4-8 ASE certificationsValid Driver's LicensePrior supervisory experience preferredSkills/Knowledge:Strong customer service skills in a retail environmentDemonstrated staff leadership, management and mentoring skillsSolid conflict resolution skillsAdvance understanding of automotive tire and auto service industryAbility to lift 40-50 lbsAbility to multi-task in a fast-pace environmentStrong time management skillsWorking knowledge of VAST, Microsoft Office, and our internal software applicationsBenefits:Health Insurance- including Medical, Vision, and DentalLife and Disability InsurancePaid Holidays, Personal Time, and Vacation TimeDiscounted ServicesEmployee Owned!
