Role Description
This is a Part-time, on-site role for a Retail Product Specialist located in Old Town, Chicago, IL. The Retail Product Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and promoting sales. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing customer needs, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring that the store remains a welcoming environment for our customers. xhqgsiq Additional duties may include inventory management and supporting store operations.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Sales and Product Specialist experience
- Analytical skills for understanding customer needs and product performance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge or experience in the dance industry is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing or a related field is beneficial
