Essentia Health is seeking a Retail Pharmacy Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our community pharmacy site. In this leadership role, you’ll supervise pharmacy staff, coordinate workflow, and ensure accurate, safe, and timely dispensing of medications. You will manage inventory, monitor regulatory and accreditation compliance, and support quality and safety initiatives.
The supervisor partners with clinicians and retail teams to deliver compassionate, patient-centered service, resolve escalated issues, and coach team members for growth in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
