Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and verify prescription orders for safety and accuracy.
- Counsel patients on prescription usage, side effects, and OTC products.
- Administer required vaccines (Flu, COVID-19, Shingles, etc.).
- Oversee pharmacy techs and clerks to ensure effective daily workflow.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance, state/federal regulations, and inventory control.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Ohio Pharmacist License.
- Pharm.D. or B.S. in Pharmacy.
- Active Immunization and CPR/BLS certifications.
- 1+ years of retail pharmacy experience preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency with retail pharmacy systems (PioneerRx, QS/1, RX30, etc.).
