IT Ticketing Systems Specialist (Loss Prevention)Oxford Solutions has an opening with a retail client for an IT Ticketing Systems Specialist to support loss prevention systems, service tracking, and store-level project coordination. This is a contract opportunity with a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, Tuesday–Thursday; remote Monday and Friday).This role is ideal for an early-career professional with strong Excel skills and experience working with ticketing systems, service workflows, or IT support tools.Responsibilities:Track and support store installations, service requests, and ongoing maintenance activitiesCreate, manage, and follow up on work orders, including researching aging or unresolved itemsMaintain accurate system data and provide regular reporting on service status and performanceSupport new store openings, remodels, and closures by updating trackers and coordinating documentationAssist with system validation, asset tracking, and shutdown activities for store transitionsHelp administer loss prevention systems and maintain related documentation and SharePoint contentCollaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely execution of service and project workContribute to data collection, reporting, and process improvements within loss prevention operationsQualifications:Prior experience working with ticketing systemsBackground in IT support, systems administration, or operations coordinationFamiliarity with tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, ServiceChannel, or similar platforms preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (including formula-based reporting)Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a task-driven environmentStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teamsAnalytical mindset with the ability to track, interpret, and report on data
